* For outdoor events we must be underneath a minimum, 20' x 20' x 10' high peak tent with no suspension wires and with three solid sidewalls.

For outdoor events during daylight hours, we require a fully enclosed tent to block out light or similar space that is also weatherproof. If evening or dark, we can setup outside with no tent with 100% clear weather forecast.
