Story:
MGE was originally launched back in 2010 as "Atlanta Mobile Golf" by PGA Professional, Brett Gorney. Frustrated by Atlanta's infamous traffic snarls hindering golfers from reaching the driving range for lessons, Brett envisioned a solution: bringing the "driving range" to them. Armed with a portable golf net, hitting mats, state-of-the-art equipment, a video camera, and a laptop, Brett pioneered "Mobile Coaching" inside corporate office buildings and fitness centers. Golfers could now receive PGA Professional instruction without ever leaving their premises. However, Brett's journey took him to Australia and Connecticut for a few years, temporarily pausing the Atlanta venture. Returning to Atlanta in 2015, Brett received requests for golf simulator experiences at a couple of corporate events for some former clients. Recognizing an opportunity, he invested in one of the top portable golf simulator systems, marking the official relaunch of the business as Mobile Golf Events. Since then, our unique business model has flourished, and even expanded with the creation of "The Team Golf Cup" - a highly engaging team-building experience that allows everybody to participate - even if they've never held a golf club before. At Mobile Golf Events, we live by our motto, "Golf Anywhere," continually expanding our reach and serving esteemed clients such as Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, Porsche, CVS, GE, Grant Thornton, Hyundai, and Inspire Brands, among others. Our footprint spans across Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Texas, showcasing our dedication to delivering unparalleled golf experiences without boundaries.
